Thank you for shopping at Southern Sisters Boutique & Embroidery! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

1. Refunds: We accept returns for a refund within 7 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and free of any odors or stains.

2. Exchanges or Store Credit: Exchanges or store credit will be issued for returns made within 14 days of the purchase date. The item must be unworn, with original tags attached, and free of any odors or stains.

3. No Returns After 7 Days: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 7 days from the purchase date.

4. Final Sale Items: All custom-made items, sale items, and bodysuits are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note:

• Original receipts are required for all returns and exchanges.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
